Granite Place and Quartz, LLC. warranty covers fabrication and installation. This warranty applies only to granite installed in its original location. If there are any defects fabrication or installation we will repair or replace the defect item with the same grade and quality of material as the original using an acceptable color match, accepting that there are natural variations in veining and color with natural stone.

For this warranty to be valid the costumer and their successors must submit a claim in writing and permit Granite Place and Quartz, LLC. inspection This warranty is considered void under the following circumstances: surface staining or etching by leaving acidic or aggressive chemicals in contact with the material for excessive periods of time: surface chipping and scratching caused by negligence and abuse, house settling or foundation movement due to any cause: cabinet movement due to any cause, excessive loading or standing on the countertop: damage by tire or any natural disaster: failure by the customer to exercise reasonable care in using the product. Defects in materials does not include natural variations in color or physical properties that arc normal for most natural stones. This Warrenty does not cover defects in material since costumer is allowed to choose its own material slab inspecting the slab prior fabrication.

This warranty does not cover cracking or shrinking of flexible caulks due to age or thermal movement of the home. This warranty does not cover the cost of repairs or replacements undertaken prior to the customer’s receipt of a claim acknowledgement and verification Granite Place and Quartz, LLC.!

Warranty Terms
Granite Place and Quartz, LLC. warrants to the owner that at its option will repair or replace, without charge, a countertop piece installed by our company if it fails due to any manufacturing defect, except for damage caused by chemical or physical use or abuse. This warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement, including required labor charges of the countertop piece.

This warranty does not cover countertops that have been moved from their original installed location, and it does not cover the natural characteristics of stone, which include, but are not limited to, color variations, water lines, or surface marks. This warranty also does not cover damage to your countertop caused by items out of our control, such as house settlement, fires, tornado, or other acts of nature.

No implied or expressed warranty of merchantability or Illness for any particular purpose is covered by this warranty except as expressly stated herein. Granite Place and Quartz, LLC. shall not be liable for any loss or direct, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use your granite countertop.

Tiles
When removing your old countertop we are not responsible for any damaged cost to your tiles being previously installed on the top of old backsplash or your old counter we are removing.
